As founders of the Good angel foundation, we hereby make this public pledge:

1. We have established the foundation with the pure intention of creating a Financial Support System, through which anyone can support families in which the mother, father or a child suffers from an oncological disease or a child is fighting another serious and long-term illness, and which find themselves in dire straits.
2. We will perform all of our activities free of charge, without remuneration. This rule shall apply equally to members of the Board of Trustees and the Supervisory Board and their family members.
3. We are committed to full disclosure of the recipient. The donor shall know the contact information of the family receiving the donor’s contributions. The beneficiary shall only know the donor’s identity with the donor’s consent.
4. We are committed to complete transparency. Using the System, the donor will be able to check not only to whom, but also when their contributions are distributed.
5. We are committed to maintaining the ull amount of the financial donation. The beneficiary will receive the full amount donated by the donor, down to the last cent.
6. We, the founders, as well as the members of the Board of Trustees, Supervisory Board and foundation staff, shall never decide on the selection of the aid beneficiaries. All families meeting the current terms and qualify for aid shall be enrolled in the system, based on a confirmation from a physician.
7. We shall publish the complete results of operations. Results of operations shall be transparent an easily accessible to the public. The results of operations shall moreover include facts not subject to mandatory publication in order to describe the company’s operations in even greater detail than prescribed by law.
8. Any and all operating costs relating to the activities of the foundation shall be paid out of sources other than donor contributions, so as to comply with the principle that amounts donated by donors should be transferred to the beneficiaries in full.
9. Our objective is the long-term development of the activities of the foundation.
10. We shall honor and respect every donor, Good angel, regardless of the size of their monthly donation.
