You can log in to your Angel Account using your Angel Number (or e-mail address) and the password you chose when registering. Your personal data and password can be changed in your account at any time.

Payment Information

Card Payment

One-time payment by card is performed immediately and appears in your Personal Account the following business day.

Standing payments by card - the first payment is performed immediately, and the following payments are performed starting as of the month following the initial payment, at all times as of the 20th day (or the first business day thereafter). If the initial payment is not made by the 25th day of the given month, the standing payments begin after two months (e.g. with an initial payment on January 26, standing payments then do not start until March 20). Each payment appears in your Personal Account on the business day following the day the payment was debited from your account.

In case the payment cannot be debited from your account, the system will make an attempt to debit it in the next month, again as of the 20th day. If your payment is not debited, it is also possible that your card may have expired.

Payments by Bank Transfer

Payments from Raiffeisenbank are credited to your Personal Account at all times on the business day immediately following the day the payment was debited from your account.

We receive payments from accounts with other banks within two business days. They will always appear in your Personal Account the business day immediately following the day the payment was credited to our account.

Payments via SMS (T-Mobile)

After sending an activating SMS, your initial contribution will be debited as of the 1st day of a month following the day you sent the SMS.  However, the payment will not appear in your Personal Account until around the end of the given month (around the 25th day of the month).

If the payment cannot be debited as of the 1st day of the month, the operator will make repeated attempts to debit it. Monthly contributions will automatically be terminated if the debiting of a contribution repeatedly fails for 6 months.
